We're hiring Outside Sales Representatives to drive new business growth in our South Detroit / Toledo staffing operation. What do Outside Sales Representatives do? * Prospect new business and handle the complete sales process from cold call, to contract, to ongoing client development. * Meet with top level decision makers to present our staffing solutions. * Daily cold calling, conducting in-person meetings with potential clients, and proposing constructive solutions to fit the client's wants/needs. Qualifications of the Outside Sales Representative * Previous staffing experience is a plus. * B2B sales experience is a requirement. * Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are a plus, but not required.
