About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our sales team and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes of the automotive industry and potentially launch a successful sales career. Responsibilities: * Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, including retrieving keys and ensuring vehicles are clean and presentable. * Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and assisting customers with their needs. * Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across our vehicle lineup. * Assist customers with OnStar enrollments and explain its features and benefits. * Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing paperwork and maintaining records. * Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and colleagues. * Contribute to a team-oriented and collaborative sales environment. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer service orientation. * Ability to learn and retain product information quickly. * Basic computer skills. * Reliable and punctual. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required.
