Overview Major HVAC contractor seeks experienced person to manage our Pump Department. Including, but not limited to coordinating field labor, customer service, service personnel meetings, evaluation, technical advice and supervising the daily operation of the department. Experience in pricing of repair/replacement of pumps, fans, towers, gearboxes and machine shop work associated with HVAC a plus! Responsibilities : * Resolve all daily technical service problems and follow through to its resolution * Purchase and secure parts and materials for ongoing service-related projects * Produce quotations for customer based on daily service repair issues Qualifications: * Knowledge of the Pump/Industrial/Commercial services field * Strong technical, organizational and time management skills * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Problem solver with the ability to negotiate over the phone Excellent starting salary including benefits and 401(k).
