Responsibilities * Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. * Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities. * Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. * Negotiate terms of sales agreements to maximize company profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to potential leads within the market. * Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on business development initiatives. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Experience * Proven experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred. * Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. * Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals with confidence. * Experience in business development or technical sales is a plus. * A background in customer service will be beneficial for understanding client needs. * Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscape is advantageous.
