If so...let's get started! Job Summary: The Used Vehicle Sales Associate is directly responsible for selling vehicles to customers. The Sales Associate will provide customers with product information and excellent customer service to ensure a positive buying experience. Job Responsibilities: * Sell vehicles utilizing the our internal Lakeland Auto Mall Sales Process * Deliver new vehicles to customers. Ensure the customer understands the vehicles operating features, warranty, and paperwork * Recognize that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction and strive to guarantee customer satisfaction * Prospect on a day-to-day basis by phone, mail, and person to person maintain a prospect development system * Maintain owner follow-up to encourage repeat and referral business * Forecast goals at the beginning of each month * Understand the dealerships inventory on a daily basis * Introduce customers to the Service Department emphasizing to customers the quality and efficiency of the dealerships service operations * Attend sales meetings and training sessions as scheduled * Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the product * Demonstrate proper interaction with customers, co-workers, and suppliers * Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards Qualifications Needed: * Prior sales experience (preferred) * Experience providing quality customer service * Maintain professional appearance at all times * Demonstrate superior communication skills * Must demonstrate computer literacy * Must have a valid state drivers license Physical Requirements & Working Conditions: * Normal office environment * Prolonged periods of personal computer usage and data entry * Ability to operate an automobile * Exposure to inclement weather Education Requirements: * High school degree or equivalent Compensation: * Unlimited income potential * Paid time off * Training * Longevity bonuses * 401(k) program * Medical & Dental Plan * Employee vehicle purchase program * Fantastic advancement opportunities.
