Job description We are looking for a motivated and fashion loving Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate at our boutique, you will be responsible for welcoming customers and offering them assistance. Your duties as a Sales Associate will also include operating cash registers and restocking/preparing merchandise for display to maintain a neat and visually inspiring boutique. This is an opening for a self-motivated, energetic person who must be out going with the ability to talk to customers. Retail Sales Associate duties and responsibilities * Greeting Customers * Responding to questions and giving information to customers * Sharing product knowledge with customers * Providing recommendations to customers * Managing financial transactions and processing payments * Preparing merchandise and designing displays * Maintaining a clean and tidy space * Assisting with inventory * Handling customers complaints * Processing newly received shipments * Alerting management of potential security issues * Creating a positive customer experience and work environment Retail Sales Associate requirements and qualifications * General math skills * Excellent customer service skills * Ability to work as a part of a team * Ability to stand for long periods of time * Retail experience a plus * Outgoing and personable Why Join SOT.
