Hot Licks carries extreme heat products and require a waiver on some products. The location of Hot Licks is in beautiful Seaport Village. While performing the duties of this job you may occasionally be exposed to outdoor weather conditions. Store has a climate-controlled system. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with background music. While performing the duties of this job, you will be talking, listening to customers and co-workers. You will be required to stand during your shift; also walk to assist customers and use hands to stock. You will occasionally need to climb on a 3-step ladder and bend at the waist to pick up products. Also when shipments come into the store you may need to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Please note allergens such as peanuts are sold in the store. Summary As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales in our retail environment. Your core skills in retail sales, cash handling, and communication will enable you to assist customers effectively and manage transactions accurately. You will also utilize your knowledge of retail math and stocking to maintain an organized sales floor. With a high school diploma or GED, you will be expected to demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude while contributing to a team-oriented atmosphere.
