Duties - Conduct sales activities to generate new business and meet sales targets - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers - Identify and pursue business development opportunities - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation - Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review Skills - Proven experience in sales, preferably in a flooring industry is a huge plus - Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships - Fluent in Spanish, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients - Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies - Experience in account management, including managing client relationships and upselling products or services - Knowledge of technology sales, including understanding of technical products and solutions - Strong sales skills, including negotiation, persuasion, and closing deals -Language: English We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Sacramento area.
