Job Title: Technical Sales Representative Company: APEX Industrial Co. Location: Des Moines, IA Job Type: Full Time Reports to: Sales Manager About APEX Industrial Co.: APEX (A Precision Engineering Xperience) Industrial Co. is a company built to provide steel structures for Agricultural and Industrial applications including towers, catwalks, temporary storage, and accessories. Apex Industrial was founded in 2019 by Licensed Professional Engineers with a mission to provide industry leading structural steel solutions in the most cost-effective way. Our roadmap for success includes providing exceptional customer service and incorporating an innovative culture to provide the best solutions available. We are in a unique position as the only company providing structural steel support systems for the ag industry to be owned and operated by Licensed Professional Engineers. To capitalize on this unique fact and achieve our goal of being the industry leader we need talented, motivated, driven individuals in key roles in our company. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare quotes and quote revisions for structural towers, catwalks, and other industrial steel products primarily in the ag and grain industry from information provided by the customer. * Use problem solving skills to interpret complex design layouts and help determine the most efficient and optimal solutions for customer requirements. * Coordinate with the engineering team to follow industry codes and regulations to ensure quote is accurate and aligned within customer specifications. * Respond promptly to customer inquiries to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. * Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate with multiple departments internally. * Assist with other office related tasks as required.
