Real Dog Box is a fast-growing innovator in the fresh dog food industry. Together, we're on a mission to revolutionize canine health through real food and accessible education. About the Role As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with potential retail partners, veterinarians, affiliates and dog owners to drive sales and promote our mission. Dog lovers with excellent communication skills and outbound sales experience are encouraged to apply. Primary responsibilities * Conduct in-person visits (2 hours/week) with business owners in the dog industry (e.g., groomers, veterinary offices, boarders, retailers, dog parks) to drive brand awareness and generate leads and new business. * Engage new prospects through phone, email, and social media outreach using proven scripts to grow our client base. * Follow up as needed to nurture relationships and drive new business. * Manage and track leads within our CRM system. * Collaborate with the team to learn and contribute to growth. Qualifications Required: * 2-4 years of direct selling experience in a metrics-based sales role, focused on customer experience * Previous experience in outbound sales required (e.g., Sales Representative, Sales Development Rep, Retail Sales Associate, Account Manager, or similar). * Excellent communication skills - written and verbal * Must have laptop and phone equipped to use with web based platforms * Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license Preferred: * Outgoing, positive personality with a goal driven mindset * Previous dog training experience is not required but helpful * Bachelor's degree preferred; will consider relevant sales experience in lieu of a degree. Compensation Structure * Base Pay: $22-$25/hour * Uncapped Commission Earning Potential on over 30 products * Additional Bonuses: $750-$2,000/month in sales bonuses based on performance * Top performers can earn between $60,000-$90,000 annually!
