Overview We are a dynamic financial services firm located in the heart Midtown. We specialize in providing funding solutions to our clients, helping them achieve their goals. Your role will be to conduct outbound calls making the initial contact with a generated client list provided for you. You will initiate interest and compile client's information so we can assist with tailored needs. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to potential clients informing them on our services. No lead generation required. * Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage customer relationships. * Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads and nurture relationships. * Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills. Requirements * Proven customer service and sales experience is a plus! * Experience in telemarketing inside/outside sales or related sales field * Familiarity with CRM software and Salesforce is a plus! * Skills in negotiation is a plus! * Strong command of English is needed to succeed in this role. * Excellent verbal and written communications skills. This is a high-volume office so if you are passionate and driven you have the ability to make up to six figures the first year!
