Sheely's Furniture & Appliance is looking for enthusiastic, career-minded sales professionals with great attitudes and a desire to sell our quality appliances. What is needed from you? The desire to deliver a great customer experience. Attention to detail and follow up skills are critically important to this position. As an Appliance Selling Associate, your responsibilities include: * Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering product-related questions and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise * Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of all products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs * Collaborating with other team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customer and maintain a clean and organized sales floor Qualifications * Previous appliance sales experience is preferred but not required. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers * Must execute excellent customer service skills and professionalism every time. * High school education or the equivalent. * Proficient in mathematical skills. * Detail-oriented. * Must be available at least 5 days per week, including Saturday (We are closed on Sunday) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $31,200.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * Day shift Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: * Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
