SUMMARY: Functions as administrative sales support to the sales department by setting sales appointments while providing exceptional customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Answer inbound sales calls. * Respond to internet leads. * Set appointments for Sales Representatives. * Follow up with customers via email and text messaging. Answer questions about inventory and products with confidence. EDUCATION * High school or GED equivalent. QUALIFICATIONS: * High school diploma or GED * Basic computer skills * High level of customer service * Ability to learn the different software used in the sales department * Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information * Professional personal appearance * Reliable with strong work ethic * Pleasant and clear speaking voice * Customer service experience * Dealership experience a plus JOB REQUIREMENTS * Must have a valid driver's license that meets dealership insurability requirements. * Must be able to walk the sales lot and showroom to review inventory. * Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds on occasion. * Must be able to push, pull, and reach with hands and arms. * Must have close and distance vision. * Must be able to type.
