SUMMARY Trachte has an immediate opportunity for a Sales Support Specialist. The role will provide Pricing and Order Entry of building proposals as well as support to our Regional Managers. The candidate we seek should be customer focused, detail oriented, and a team player that is both professional and reliable. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: * Assist the Regional Sales Managers in defining projects and coordinating internal resources to support the development of quotes while responding to customer requests * Input customer information into CRM, the site plan database and other sales and business information systems. * Define applicable building codes * Prepare proposals using Quick Pricing and excel tools for the appropriate projects. * Order entry of contracted buildings into Navision * Answering incoming customer inquiries and routing of calls to the appropriate person or department. * Work with engineering and manufacturing departments with the routing of contracts in a timely manner. * Route change orders and print order confirmations. * Other duties as assigned SUMMARY Trachte has an immediate opportunity for a Sales Support Specialist.
