Job Summary: Bath Fitter of Colorado is looking for a Call Center Representative in the Denver metro area. We are looking for friendly, sales orientated & computer savvy representatives to provide amazing customer service via inbound and outbound calls. Work Schedule (non-negotiable): * Monday: 11AM-8PM * Tuesday & Wednesday: off * Thursday: 10AM-7PM * Friday: 8AM-5PM * Saturday & Sunday: 8AM-5PM A day in the life of a Bath Fitter call center representative: * As a call center representative, you will eagerly answer inbound calls and make outbound calls using scripts to set qualified appointments. * Follow up on customer inquiries. * Set qualified sales appointments (It would be your job to keep our sales calendar full!) * Transfer customer calls to the appropriate staff or department. * Assist marketing team with text and email campaign communication with customers as a form of scheduling sales appointments. * Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - What do you bring to the table? * The ability to provide customers with a dynamic presentation, informing them of product information. * Your experience in sales, marketing or lead generation. * You possess general computer knowledge (MS office, Google Sheets, texting platforms) * You are always looking for an opportunity to increase appointment sets, a way to improve your customer service skills or a way to impact the success of the company. * Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
