Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business - Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs - Conduct test drives and explain features of vehicles to potential buyers - Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets - Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and manage leads - Cold call potential customers to generate new leads Qualifications: - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Basic math skills for calculating pricing, financing, and discounts - Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools - Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required - Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships with customers.
