Full description of the position

Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by helping them understand their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in educating clients about various insurance products and ensuring they have the coverage that best fits their needs. Duties * Engage with potential clients to assess their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions. * Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends. * Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, benefits, and coverage options. * Negotiate terms and conditions of policies to ensure client satisfaction while meeting company objectives. * Manage sales administration tasks including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. * Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and client experience. * Participate in outside sales activities, including networking events and community outreach programs, to promote services. Experience * Life and Health Insurance license required. * Previous experience in retail sales or insurance sales is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales effectively. * Experience in benefits administration is a plus, as it enhances understanding of client needs. * Multilingual candidates are highly desirable as they can cater to a diverse clientele. * Excellent communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and delivering exceptional service. * Familiarity with sales administration processes will be beneficial for managing client accounts efficiently.
