Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will play a key role in driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products. * Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately. * Provide information about products, promotions, and services to enhance customer experience. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom. * Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and managing stock levels. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals. * Provide support in supervising junior staff when necessary.
