Let's do this! About the Role In this position, you'll play a critical part in advancing Carbyne's mission! Carbyne is seeking a highly motivated and analytical RFP Specialist to join our dynamic Sales Operations Team. If crafting compelling Requests for Proposals (RFPs) is your forte, and you thrive in a dynamic environment where your meticulous attention to detail and exceptional communication skills drive successful project outcomes, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As an RFP Specialist, you will be instrumental in the full lifecycle of the RFP process, from initial opportunity identification through proposal submission. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally, analyze complex requirements, and articulate clear and concise responses will directly contribute to the growth and success of our organization. We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter, a resourceful problem solver, and eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Here 's What You'll Be Doing * Manage the end-to-end RFP process, including opportunity assessment, proposal development, and submission. * Collaborate with sales, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and develop comprehensive and compelling responses. * Analyze RFP requirements and develop proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and schedules. * Write, edit, and format proposal content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in tone and messaging. * Update and maintain a library of boilerplate content, templates, and other proposal resources. * Assist with proposal content moderation in Responsive or other content management tool. * Coordinate and facilitate proposal review meetings and incorporate feedback from stakeholders. * Ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals. * Track proposal status and outcomes, and analyze win/loss data to identify areas for improvement. * Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in proposal development. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of the proposal process and related documentation as well as improving team performance through thoughtful examination of processes, technology systems/tools, and personnel Requirements What You Bring * 2+ years in SaaS Sales Operations with a leading technology company * Comfortable working with Responsive or other content management systems * High proficiency in Google applications * Great problem solving and analysis skills, leadership skills, and ability to communicate well with a senior management team * Detail-oriented with a knack for organization and process improvement. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while dealing with ambiguity * Meticulous organizational skills * Capacity to manage and prioritize a large number of requests * Proactive, loves to help others, and excited by getting things done * Great communication and interpersonal skills * Passion for supporting law enforcement, first responders, and other government agencies Feeling unsure because you don 't check every box?
