Job Description The Customer Sales Representative is responsible for assisting customers in providing product and service information, including resolving product and service problems within the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise's scope. Primary Job Responsibilities: * Answer sales calls and follow up on web leads- NO COLD CALLING! * Work within the Customer Service team as a first point of contact for new and existing customers to establish a rapport and build confidence in TWO MEN AND A TRUCK services * Calmly and professionally communicate with customers regarding their needs, questions, and concerns * Provide timely feedback to management regarding customer concerns * Directly and accurately input information in to "Movers Who Care" software to estimate cost for customers, schedule needs for movers, drivers and trucks, and document customer issues or complaints regarding products and services * Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution to expedite resolution * Follow up with customer regarding post-move check ins and claim(s) to ensure resolution is complete * All other duties as assigned Qualifications: * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Associates degree in related field preferred * A minimum of six months to one year of customer service and/or office experience is preferred. * Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful) * Effective listening and communication skills * Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities * Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities * Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Core Values * Bilingual is a plus!
