Job Overview: Secure Home USA has already built a strong reputation in the home security industry through our successful call center operations. We are currently a top 10 dealer for ADT sales nationwide. As a result of our success, we're now launching a new Door-to-Door Sales Initiative to directly engage with homeowners in the community. We're seeking an experienced individual for a Door-to-Door Field Trainer role, where you will start by driving sales in the field and then transition into a leadership role as the program grows. In this hands-on position, you will begin by personally knocking on doors and making sales, leading by example while helping to establish and expand our new initiative. Over time, you'll take on a greater leadership role--recruiting, training, and guiding a team of door-to-door sales representatives. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and grow a brand- new sales channel for Secure Home USA. Key Responsibilities: * Field Training & Sales Focus: Start by leading the charge in our new door-to-door sales initiative. Engage with homeowners directly, present ADT's security products, and close deals. In this initial phase, you'll be responsible for driving sales in the field. * Generate Leads & Close Sales: Actively prospect new customers through door knocking, cold calling, and referrals. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline while following up and converting leads to sales. * Customer Relationship Building: Build rapport with homeowners, offering personalized security solutions to meet their needs. Deliver exceptional service to ensure high customer satisfaction. * Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales goals to earn performance-based incentives, bonuses, and commissions. Your success in the field will set the foundation for expanding the program. * Transition into Training & Leadership Role: As the program grows, transition into a Field Trainer role. Recruit, mentor, and train new door-to-door sales representatives. Provide hands-on support to help new hires succeed in the field. * Team Development & Support: Guide new team members in adopting best practices for prospecting, closing sales, and customer engagement. Help them achieve their sales goals and build a high-performing team. * Collaborate with Management: Work closely with management to track performance, refine training strategies, and identify opportunities to improve overall team success. Qualifications: * Management Experience: Previous leadership or training experience is required. You should be able to inspire and develop others while driving performance. * Sales Experience: Prior experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or direct sales is required. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential. * Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated: You should be driven to succeed in sales and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently will set you up for success. * Leadership Potential: A passion for training and developing others. You'll need to be prepared to transition from sales to leadership and provide support to your team as they grow. * Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills. Ability to connect with homeowners and effectively train new team members. * Reliable Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various neighborhoods. * Positive Attitude & Resilience: A proactive, energetic, and resilient approach to challenges. You'll need to handle rejection and stay motivated in a door-to-door sales environment.
