AVADirect Custom Computers, a recognized and growing leader in the custom computer industry, is seeking to recruit a Technical Sales Representative for individuals that posses knowledge and passion for computer sales. Our Twinsburg, Ohio location offers a sales position that will be responsible for communicating with clients and the sales team regarding sales and support. Providing outstanding customer service, working with other departments to execute client expectation (while selling our products), and providing information to customers and the team in regards to their purchases and sales. This position includes the opportunity for expansive growth based on the performance of the individual. The indicated commission structure includes no ceiling; the potential of the individual dictates the yearly result of the salary! Pay for this position is hourly PLUS commission. Candidates can expect to make $15,000 to $20,000+ extra a year in commission. This is hybrid remote/office position. Some work will be required to be in office. Responsibilities * Accurately inspect, investigate, and process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, warranties, and upgrades. * Present price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customer profitability profiles. * Assist customers in product availability, parts compatibility, and price changes. * Provide services to customers such as order placement, status updates, and account information via phone, email, and live chat. * Record customer satisfaction and conflict resolution history for the sales team. * Maintain proper filing systems for company and customer records, correspondence, and other materials. * Contacting new customers to promote products and services of AVADirect. * Document problems in our support solution database. * Serve as the primary contact for customers to answer all technical and sales requests. * Communicate status updates on customer requests. Qualifications * Knowledge and an understanding of PC hardware components, software, and compatibility. * Knowledge of computer hardware compatibility. * Strong professional verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to be courteous and attentive to the customer's needs while maintaining proper phone and email etiquette. * Proactive, self-disciplined and able to work in both teams or independently. * Ability to work under time constraints. * Computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and multi-line telephone systems. * Excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information Working for Us * Fun and comfortable environment. * Flexible shifts. * Diverse and friendly staff. * Vacation, Sick, and Holiday time. * Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K options. * No Ceiling Commission Structure * We cross train and promote from within!
