The Role We're seeking a detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our front counter team. This position offers a career opportunity with long-term growth potential in a supportive, fast-paced environment. Location: On-site Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Primary Responsibilities * Provide excellent customer service to 50-100 walk-in customers daily * Handle numerous phone inquiries with professionalism and product expertise * Install batteries in various vehicles (paid training provided) * Process incoming shipments from vendors (UPS/FedEx) * Enter received products into inventory management system * Assist team with product storage and organization * Ship outgoing packages, primarily battery rebuilds (1-10 lbs) * Operate in-house UPS shipping software What We're Looking For * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products * Eagerness to learn and retain product knowledge * Positive attitude and customer service orientation * Team-player mentality * Meticulous attention to detail * Reliability and dependability * Ability to lift and handle automotive batteries up to 50 lbs What We Offer * Starting wage: $18-19 per hour * Career growth opportunity in a family-owned business * 401(k) with 3% company match after first year * Health insurance after 90 days (50/50 company split) * Optional vision and dental coverage * 3 days PTO after 90 days, increasing to one week after first year * Paid on-the-job training * Supportive team environment Join Our Team!
