No waiting period! * Health Savings Account with Company Match * Paid Training * Year-round work - no hours cut! * Daytime Work hours! * Employee Referral Bonus * Paid Holidays * Unique company culture that values its people Key Counter Sales Specialist Responsibilities Include: * Obtain sales orders for heavy-duty truck parts * Determine customers' truck parts needs * Assist customers with warranties * Generate tickets for orders to the warehouse * Process orders for the outside sales team * Maintain inside sales skills and product knowledge for all TruckPro parts and services Successful Counter Sales Specialists Will Have: * Heavy-Duty Truck Parts knowledge, preferred * Automotive parts knowledge/experience, also a plus * 1-2 years' work experience in parts sales * Computer proficiency, with the ability to learn new programs * Initiative to address challenges and seek solutions * Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) * Passion for customer service * Desire to work in a team environment * Strong organization and time management * Valid driver's license with good driving record * Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs TruckPro offers a stimulating workplace based on open collaboration, personal development, and future opportunity.
