Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Residential Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a keen eye for design, with the ability to guide customers through the selection process and provide expert advice on flooring options. Key Responsibilities: * Assist customers in the selection of flooring products, providing knowledgeable and professional advice * Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals * Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively serve customers * Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to customers * Coordinate with the installation team to ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer experience * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner * Maintain a clean and organized showroom to provide an inviting environment for customers * Participate in marketing and promotional activities as needed to grow your business Qualifications: * Previous sales experience or another customer-facing role, preferably in the flooring or home improvement industry * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs * Excellent organizational and time-management skills * Proficiency in basic computer applications (for example: Google Suite - Docs, Sheets, Chat, etc.) * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred * A positive attitude and a strong work ethic * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed Join our team and enjoy competitive compensation, opportunities for career growth, and a dynamic work environment.
