Marketing Outreach / Sales Representative - Healthcare Services About us Our company is at the forefront of healthcare services. We are dedicated to enhancing health and wellness in our communities. Our mission is to provide home care, care management and adult day care services to members in need all across NY state. We're looking for an enthusiastic sales representative who can help grow our client base and increase awareness of our healthcare services, which include homecare and care management. This role involves direct interaction with prospective clients and partners, and requires a combination of strong sales skills and a compassionate approach to understanding client needs. Responsibilities - Conduct outreach to potential clients and partners to introduce our services and value proposition. - Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and support groups. - Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to promote our services and build professional relationships. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective outreach materials and strategies. - Provide feedback from the field to help tailor our services to meet market needs. - Track and report on sales and outreach activities and outcomes. - Meet or exceed defined sales and performance targets. - Understand and stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape. Qualifications - Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in healthcare or related services. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to empathetically and effectively communicate with diverse audiences. - Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Willingness to travel locally for meetings and events.
