SCHEDULE: Sunday thru Thursday 7:00am to 3:00pm DESCRIPTION: The Account Manager (AM) is a results driven position whose primary objectives are the maximization of customer share and profitability of their assigned customer base. Secondary objectives, typically associated with short term growth initiatives, are determined and assigned by the Vice President of Sales. Our AMs function as the designated "service managers" of the sales organization. They're accountable for all daily tactical functions associated with customer service in conjunction with their assigned tasks as managed by the CRM platform (i.e. white space recovery, product surveys, customer penetration, etc.) AMs work directly with Business Development Executives to ensure KPI attainment, sales growth, route profitability and individual customer satisfaction are maximized at all times. TITLE: Account Manager DEPARTMENT: Sales REPORTS TO: Vice President of Sales STATUS: Hourly/Non-Exempt SCHEDULE: Sunday thru Thursday 7:000am to 3:00pm PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE : Quarterly Pay Scale: $22-25.00/hr JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: * Perform to specific KPI's including but not limited to customer share, route profitability, overall revenue, units, per order and gross profit. * Daily interaction with ProPacific Fresh's CRM technologies related to white space recovery, customer management, and task completion per established SOPs. * Consistently maximize weekly margin opportunities by capitalizing on moving commodity markets and internal costing through active price management strategies. * Accurately process and maximize daily orders and credits per assigned customer base. Perform recoveries when absolutely necessary * Optimize delivery windows, promotional participation, manage order guides and general pricing * Maintain a comprehensive product knowledge at all times and perform in field cuttings and/or product demos as assigned * Ensure customer contact information for their assigned customers is up to date and accurate and all times * Contribute to the overall success and continued evolution of ProPacific Fresh by creatively adding value to the organization whether indicated within these job duties or not. Will partake in tasks assigned that are outside the scope of this job description, but within the capabilities of the employee. QUALIFICATIONS: * Maintains a high level of competency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. * Able to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines, often adjusting in accordance to evolving priorities. * Functions effectively within a collaborative team environment.
