We are looking for a Bilingual Client Engagement Specialist to join our team! This on-site, in-person role is perfect for a Spanish-speaking professional with strong communication skills and a client-focused approach. Position Details: * Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM * Compensation: Up to $45/hour * Location: On-site position Key Responsibilities: * Guide prospective clients through agreements, ensuring they fully understand the terms. * Address concerns and answer questions to build client trust. * Facilitate the client onboarding process and maintain strong relationships. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions. Qualifications: * Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Prior experience in sales, client relations, or intake coordination is a plus. * Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
