Position Summary As an HVAC Service Sales/Estimator , you'll play a key role in driving growth by preparing detailed proposals, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships with subcontractors and vendors. Your expertise will help us continue delivering high-quality HVAC solutions to commercial clients. Key Responsibilities * Provide detailed, professional bid proposals with a high level of accuracy. * Implement sales and marketing strategies to penetrate and develop commercial HVAC accounts. * Build and maintain strategic relationships with key commercial clients to generate repeat business. * Develop strong partnerships with subcontractors and vendors to support project success. * Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions. * Conduct sales presentations and site walks as needed. * Maintain estimating logs and unit costs for all projects. * Offer HVAC system-related solutions to meet customer needs. * Understand construction specifications in relation to HVAC production and installation. * Present weekly internal sales reports. * Meet quarterly quotas for bids submitted and won. * Participate in 2-3 professional networking groups to build industry connections. What You Bring * Associate degree preferred. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and estimating (5 years preferred). * Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills. * Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic and self-motivation. * Excellent computer skills. * Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record. * Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. * Successful completion of a background investigation and pre-employment drug test.
