Full description of the position
Whitney Place Assisted Living at Natick is seeking a a Community Sales Director to oversee and manage all aspects of sales for our Assisted Living Community. The Sales & Marketing Director is responsible for meeting/exceeding occupancy goals at Whitney Place, our assisted living/memory care community in Natick. In doing so, the Sales Director will cultivate positive and informative relationships with numerous stakeholders throughout the sales journey including potential residents and their family members, referral agencies and partners, and campus colleagues. Additional responsibilities include: * Upholding our Sherpa/Align sales philosophy * Managing your lead base via Yardi, our CRM platform * Driving campus KPIs: speed-to-lead, tour volume and conversion, outbound communication, event planning and execution, and on-line review generation. * Partnering with your Executive Director and corporate marketing team to drive/nurture leads via quarterly marketing plans with a focus on events and local marketing * Representing the SALMON brand at community events * Budget management Qualifications: * Prior senior living sales experience preferred, particularly with Assisted Living and Memory Care * Comfort with senior population especially those with clinical needs * Technically proficient with CRM/Yardi and full suite of Microsoft Office products * Strong public speaking skills * Team player * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications * Valid driver's license * A willingness to embrace our legacy of "doing more" for our residents and each other. * SALMON Health and Retirement* offers a generous tuition reimbursement program for nursing-related programs and other degree programs relevant to your role.
