Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals. * Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. * Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, terms, and benefits. * Negotiate policy terms and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes for both the client and the company. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy administration in the system. * Provide ongoing support to clients regarding claims processing and policy updates. * Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively market products. * Collaborate with team members on sales strategies and promotional initiatives. Requirements * Proven experience in retail sales or insurance sales is preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Experience in sales administration or benefits administration is a plus. * Willingness to engage in outside sales activities to expand client base. * Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve diverse clientele.
