Job Description: We are seeking talented and team-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our luxury senior living community, Balfour at Riverfront Park , located in one of the trendiest areas of downtown Denver. Here our residents enjoy a full continuum of care paired with our signature amenities and services. We are committed to a work environment of integrity, respect and a customer focus. TheSales Coordinator provides excellent sales and administrative support for the sales process that results in new revenue from prospective residents moving into the community. * Schedule* : Full Time, Tues- Sat Pay : $25/hr * What will I do every day? * Conduct Business Development activity with local community professional organizations * Conduct and facilitate Open Houses and other types of events * Deliver presentations to community groups to educate constituents about senior living options * Connect with prospective customers and contacts on a regular basis * Ask for and obtain deposits from prospective residents * Support and maintain the community's waitlist * Support the Move-In Process paperwork requirements as directed by Executive Director * Coordinate the processing of inquiry generation events * Provide coverage for sales when the Sales Directors are not scheduled to be in the building * What will I need to be successful in this role? * Bring a smile to work every day * Have a good work ethic * College graduate preferred * Some prior sales experience with excellent closing results * Some experience with proven sales techniques * Previous experience working with senior's a plus * What 's in it for me?
