Well established CPA firm of over 35 years is looking for a talented marketing specialist who is results-driven with a passion for sales and client relationship management.Located in Soho, we pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, honesty, and transparency with our clients. Over the years, we have developed strong relationships with clients, many of whom have been with us for over 10+ years. We want someone who can grow our firm and effectively present the firm consistently whether it's through interacting with clients or branding the firm's online presence. What You'll Do: * Sales Calls: Proactively reach out to potential clients through strategic sales calls, presenting our products/services with confidence and enthusiasm. * Client Management: Serve as a liaison for client communication, ensuring a positive and professional experience at every touch point. * Administrative Support: Manage and organize paperwork, including scanning, filing, and maintaining records. Assist with everyday operations of the firm. * Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and initiatives. * Data Analysis: Utilize CRM tools to track sales metrics, analyze performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. * Problem Solving: Address client concerns with effective solutions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications * Experience: 1+ years of office service preferred * Skills: Proficient in Microsoft office and other related office technologies * Qualities: Client focused, organized and efficient, professional, communicative Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
