Full service staffing agency has an immediate need for a local Sales & Service Rep in the Tampa area. Candidate MUST have knowledge and experience in sales and servicing clients in the temporary staffing industry. This position will require travel and client visits. Some of the work can be completed remotely. Compensation package will be based on experience. Staffing Sales & Service Rep Responsibilities: * Must be able to have or make sales and obtain contracts for the company's staffing services. * Build and maintain client relationships while providing first class customer service. * Locate and source candidates through networking, social media, internet searches, inbound/outbound calling using various sourcing tools as needed, if needed. * Follow up daily to sales leads, open and filled job orders to maintain an adequate candidate pipeline. * Ensuring employee paperwork is completed and maintained according to company and legal guidelines. Staffing Sales & Service Rep Qualifications Required: * MUST have prior staffing sales and recruiting experience. * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus! * Experience in Agriculture sales a plus! * Good personality, motivated, good work ethic with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
