Job Description: Cleveland Lumber Company is searching for Window and Door Sales Specialist to join our inside sales team. The Window and Door Specialist is an essential part of our inside sales team responsible for driving window and door sales through multiple vendors. Responsibilities include: Determining customer needs and providing appropriate product recommendations and solutions Developing a product supply list for each customer's job for review and confirmation Providing in-person and over-the-phone consultations with appropriate follow-up, including email communications Ability to learn and adapt to various window and door manufacturer software platforms Completing customer quotes in an efficient and accurate manner using internal and external software Receiving ordered materials and checking for accuracy Coordinating with customers and the warehouse to schedule deliveries Reporting incorrect, damaged, or missing materials to distribution and coordinating with sales staff on resolution Maintaining accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments for accounting and invoicing Comfort working on multiple order components of large projects simultaneously Ability to work under pressure, problem solving with multiple team members to attain sales goals Ability to collaborate effectively and positively as a team member Interest in learning more about procedures, products, and software quoting platforms Ability to coordinate multiple projects with several deadlines Communicating clearly and effectively with customers and Cleveland Lumber staff Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required 3-5 years retail building materials sales experience, 2-3 years of window and door sales or installation experience preferred Valid driver's license Computer and technology (mobile) proficiency 3-5 years retail building materials sales experience, 2-3 years of window and door sales or installation experience preferred Knowledge of quoting software including Andersen iQ+ and/or Harvey ClearWin strongly preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $62,500.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Health insurance * Mileage reimbursement * Paid time off * Retirement plan Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: * Cleveland, OH 44102 (Required) Work Location: In person
