Business Development Rep (Entry-Level Role) Earning Potential: $4,500 - $7,500 per month Promotion Timeline: Average of 3-5 months to advance Base Pay: $20 per hour Closed Lead Bonus: $400 per closed lead Sales Commission: Earn 10% of the total revenue generated from deals you initiate and close with senior representatives. Promotion Requirements: Advance to the next level after 20 closed deals or 10 deals closed in your first month. 2. Corporate Trainer (After Promotion - Leadership Role) Earning Potential: $7,500 - $10,500 per month (Example: Managing a team of 3) Base Pay + Leadership Performance Bonus: $500 Closed Lead Bonus: $400 per closed lead Sales Commission: Earn 15% of the total revenue from deals you generate. Team Overrides: Earn $50 per closed deal from the team members you train. Role Focus: Mentor and develop new reps, increase team performance, and build leadership skills. 3. Setter Manager (Leadership Role - After Promotion from Corporate Trainer) Earning Potential: $10,500 - $15,500 per month (Example: Managing a team of 10) Base Pay + Leadership Performance Bonus: $1,500 Closed Lead Bonus: $400 per closed lead Sales Commission: Earn 20% of the total revenue from deals you generate. Team Overrides: Earn $75 per closed deal from your team. Activation Bonus: Receive 10% of the total commission from fully completed deals. Role Focus: Oversee a growing team, refine sales strategies, and optimize lead generation efforts. 4. Territory Manager (Senior Leadership Role - After Promotion from Setter Manager) Earning Potential: $15,500 - $55,000 per month (Example: Managing a team of 25) Base Pay + Leadership Performance Bonus: $5,000 Closed Lead Bonus: $400 per closed lead Sales Commission: Earn 25% of the total revenue from deals you generate. Team Overrides: Earn $100 per closed deal from your team. Activation Bonus: Receive 15% of the total commission from completed deals. Performance-Based Bonuses: Additional incentives based on overall team performance.
