Job Description: Manager Of Business Planning, Corporate Finance (IT) The Senior Manager of IT Business Planning reports directly to the Assistant Vice President of IT Finance and oversees 2 Managers and a team of Financial Analysts. As a member of our team, you will be a key contributor to the Finance group by supporting the Global IT Organization and delivering critical analyses & reports that help get results. This position requires the person to engage directly with Senior Management within the IT organization as well as the Divisional Finance teams across TJX. A successful candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate the ability to think critically, analyze effectively and communicate efficiently. Technology is embedded in all aspects of our business and is a crucial component to the continued success of TJX. As a member of our team, you will be a key contributor to the Finance group by supporting the Global IT Organization, partnering directly with senior leadership, and delivering critical analyses & reports that help get results. Responsibilities: * Manage the processes and activities of the Corporate IT Planning team to deliver effective, efficient and accurate reporting and analytics * Manage / perform financial reporting with excellent attention to detail, ensuring deadlines are met * Develop long range budget models to support resource planning for the Global IT Team * Drive the development of analytical models to forecast and understand short and long term trends * Develop analysis to provide relevant Executive-level guidance on business performance and areas of risk and opportunity * Build relationships with operational partners across the business * Support Executive presentations, helping to communicate key business insights, trends, and challenges to Digital leadership as well as Corporate partners Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Finance or similar field * At least 7 years of experience working in an analysis and/or finance environment * Prior experience managing teams in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment * Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, including high level of attention to detail and a desire to motivate change * Ability to work independently and make decisions * Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, and experience presenting to senior management * Experience working with individuals outside of Finance preferred but not required * Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills * _Benefits include Associate discount; 401(k) match;__medical/dental/vision;__HSA; health care FSA; life insurance; short/long-term disability; paid holidays/vacation_ /sick/bereavement/parental* _leave; EAP; incentive programs for management; auto/home insurance discounts; tuition reimbursement; scholarship program; adoption/surrogacy assistance; smoking cessation; child care/cell phone discounts; pet/legal insurance; credit union; referral bonuses. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
