As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing transactions, and promoting products within our store. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash register transactions accurately. * Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist in stock management. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring product displays are appealing and well-stocked. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience. * Utilize phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone. Requirements * Previous experience in retail or grocery store environments is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences. * Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in inventory management. * Proficient in operating cash registers and POS systems. * Ability to sell products effectively through engaging communication and product knowledge. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. * Willingness to learn about new products and participate in ongoing training sessions.
