Sales and Marketing Representative This is an in-person entry-level position with full training. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate is creative, results-driven, and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote our products/services and increase market share. * Identify target markets and segments, and implement targeted marketing campaigns to reach potential customers. * Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive repeat business and customer loyalty. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales and marketing initiatives. * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
