Staffinders, Inc. is looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing team. SFI has 20+ years of excellent service providing our clients quality staff. We are the HR arm to our clients workforce. This opportunity is located at our HQ location in Independence, OH. The right candidate will have exceptional conversational skills, be upbeat and have the tenacity needed to build new relationships. Five plus years of in person sales experience is required. Sales Representative Benefits: * Competitive Base Salary * Aggressive Commission Structure * Incentive Bonuses * Gas Reimbursement * Vacation and Holiday Pay * Medical, Vision, Dental and Supplemental Insurance Coverage options * 401K with great Company Match Sales Representative Responsibilities : * Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific target markets and to project the number of contacts to be made on a weekly basis. * Identify & follow up on new prospects/leads, referrals and other accounts daily via stop outs and emails. * Manage quality and consistency of the team's placement, on-boarding and coaching services. * Prepare presentations, proposals and service agreements. * Provide Excellent customer service through regular follow-ups with current and potential clients. * Prepare status reports, including activity, meetings, follow-ups, and adherence to weekly/monthly goals. * Communicate appropriately with Operations Department and Clients to ensure quality of service is being met. Sales Representative Requirements: * Proficiency with MS Office suite products. * Excellent e-mail and verbal communication skills required. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Be a Self-starter with an upbeat "can do" attitude. * Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public. * Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients as well as travel out of state. This requires the possession of a valid state driver's license and registered vehicle. * Adhering to matrix performance numbers and tracking within our CRM software.
