Duties - Cultivate relationships with potential customers through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts. - Conduct on-site consultations to assess client needs, budget, and preferences for landscaping projects. - Provide expert advice on landscaping design, plant selection, materials, and installation techniques. - Prepare and present detailed proposals, including cost estimates and project timelines. - Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns. - Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure successful project execution. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and innovative landscaping techniques. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth. Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field. - Strong understanding of landscape design principles and horticultural practices. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
