Overview Brandon Ford is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales BDC Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, with proven experience in developing effective sales strategies and managing a diverse team. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster relationships with clients while ensuring the team meets its sales targets. Duties * Oversee and manage the BDC team to achieve department goals. * Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and increase market share. * Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring that all leads are effectively managed and converted into customers. * Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on best practices, coaching and ongoing training. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement. * Prepare and present reports on sales performance to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for development. * Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, motivation, and professional growth among team members. Skills * Strong knowledge of inventory management practices to ensure efficient stock control. * Proven experience in managing a sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closing deals. * Excellent public speaking skills for presenting strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels. * Proficient in mathematical calculations relevant to pricing, discounts, and profit margins. * Demonstrated success in outbound sales initiatives that drive customer acquisition. * Strong background in sales management with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and team members effectively. * Experience in retail sales environments is a plus, enhancing understanding of customer behavior and preferences. * A commitment to providing outstanding customer service that fosters long-term client relationships.
