Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team in the SoCal HOA Reconstruction Space. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills and a deep understanding of customer relationship management to effectively navigate the market landscape. We are looking for a hunter mindset that will leave no rock uncovered as that is what it takes to gain market share. You must be driven to close long sale cycle opportunities that by year two will have a huge commision structure paying you out! Duties * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking. We will help with that an dyou already have a existing territory to hunt in! * Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and challenges. Find out their pains and help alleviate while winning new opportunities in their client base. * Utilize HubSpot to manage leads, track interactions, and report on sales activities on a daily basis. * Collaborate with the marketing and estimating team to align strategies and enhance outreach efforts. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure contract awards. * Prepare and present presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements. * Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Qualifications * Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry. This is not a position wher eyou just email. You will be required to get in front of clients weekly. * Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Proficiency in customer relationship management software, particularly Salesforce. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Ability to think strategically and analyze market trends for informed decision-making. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
