We are looking for an AT&T Sales Associate who will assist us in our market expansion and be the face of our company. The AT&T Sales Associate will specialize in wireless services that range from unlimited talk, text and date to extra security and streaming. Our mission is to provide full support to our customers with individualized and custom experiences. As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to train directly with our management team and gain extensive knowledge on all services. Additionally, our AT&T Sales Associate will be an expert in all sales and account management to efficiently process orders. The AT&T Sales Associate position is designed for someone with a true passion in customer service, customer sales and relationship building! *Responsibilities of an AT &T Sales Associate: * Enhance every customer's experience by providing a genuine, positive, and professional interaction face to face when assisting them both directly in person, through email, and over the phone * Increase new customer accounts by utilizing product knowledge to educate potential customers on products, services, and sales promotions available to them * Assist in delivering product presentations and highlighting key benefits * Identify potential customer concerns and facilitate proactive solutions * Ensure all customer records including contact information, installation date, and preferred wireless package are correct before submitting to our sales team * Engage in continuing telecommunications training to further enhance skills *AT &T Sales Associate Skills: * Empathetic, and personable to develop relationships with customers * Adaptable to environments and flexible working both independently and collaboratively in a team * Solution-oriented and provides creative, clear, and concise responses to our customers * Excited to train and build knowledge in telecom * Prior experience in a customer service, sales, or similar field is recommended * Flexible schedule and reliable transportation Position Overview: * Employment Type: This is a full-time employee position * Pay: 100% commission - $120-210 per order. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee. * Hours: This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 30-40 hours per week * Location: This position will be based out of our office and an assigned territory to cover. AT&T Sales Associates will be working face to face with customers * Clients & Products: We work with AT&T promoting and signing up new customers for their internet services Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,291.71 - $3,964.21 per month Shift: * Day shift Work Location: On the road
