Reference #: ecoMBD101 Job description: The marketing and business development intern will help advance ecojiva, LLC's market position and financial growth through targeted marketing, sales support, and business management. Marketing and business development professionals will be expected to: * Assist in the creation of marketing presentations and sales support materials. * Monitor best practices, trends, new technologies, and evaluate them for possible adaptation. * Manage standing relationships with external vendors and clients. * Research prospective clients, competitors, industries, and markets. * Contact and establish relationships with potential clients and service providers. * Coordinate public relations and publicity opportunities. * Effectively represent ecojiva, LLC at business and/or community meetings. * Assume additional related functions and lead special projects as directed. Qualifications: * Associate's degree (Bachelor's degree preferred) in Marketing, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or related field. * Strong research and problem-solving skills. * Results-oriented with a mind for innovation. * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Adaptable, versatile, and well-organized. * Willingness to cold-call. * One to three years of experience using Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar CRM (preferred). * Ability to close business-to-business sales for solutions, services, or products (preferred).
