Resale Sales Associate Broadview Heights, OH Transitional Design is currently searching for a full-time Resale Sales Associate to join our team in Broadview Heights, Ohio! We provide complete move management services that include selling what you don't want to take with you, cleanout services for homes or estates and donating items that can be used elsewhere. What can we offer YOU? * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Medical insurance - 50% employer paid * 401k * PTO after 6 months of employment * Pay: Starting at $18/hour, offer dependent on experience * Pay boost after 60 days Schedule: * Full-time * 2 Saturdays a month required * One late night shift- 10am-7pm The right candidate will have: * Previous sales experience required * Must have social media experience- preferably Instagram and Facebook knowledge * Comfortable doing live videos to promote * Retail staging experience * Mathematics and time management skills * Ability to work in a team environment Our Resale Sales Associate will: * Ensure that each guest receives outstanding services by providing a guest friendly environment * Respect and maintain a positive attitude with coworkers and guests * Make sure the store is ready to receive customers prior to opening. This includes opening POS, turning on lights and music, unlocking the doors, answer and return all voicemails etc. * At the end of the day, take out any trash, balance the register, turn off lights/music and lock all doors * Maintain awareness of all product knowledge information, merchandise promotions, and advertisements * Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping * Daily social media posts to keep our guests apprised on the latest happenings * Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices including pricing, and loss prevention * Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions, and maintain proper cash accountabilities at POS registers * Communicate guest requests to management * _Does this sound like the position for you?
