Florida Coast Equipment (FCE) is North America's largest Kubota dealership group. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer / Veterans / Disabled OVERVIEW Sales coordinator will be responsible for working with the Sales Manager, Parts Manager, and Service Manager to process new sales builds. Will be responsible for setting up the build for the shop, so they can properly add/remove parts and attachments to deliver the unit as sold. Collaborate on opportunities to increase efficiency in the sales coordination process and enhance customer satisfaction. JOB DUTIES o Identify what needs to be billed or removed from a piece of equipment to ensure the unit is delivered as sold. o Work with the sales team to keep them updated on the deal progress through the process. o Work with inventory to get attachments and units not on the ground ordered properly. o Initiate transfers in the system (Traffic/TMS) o Complete transfers in Kubotalink between dealer codes o Review work orders for accurate pricing and billing o Assists in coordinating equipment deliveries and shipments for new and sold equipment. o Assists with transfers when and if needed. SKILLS & ABILITIES Education: Minimum High school diploma. Experience: 2-5 years' experience in sales coordination, or other administrative discipline. Computer Skills: Excellent knowledge and ability with Microsoft Office products. Other Requirements: Must be a team player. Willing to cross train in all aspects of sales coordination. Open to new process ideas. To be a successful sales coordinator, you should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
