Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a drive to exceed sales goals. Responsibilities * Making outbound calls, and emails * Update and enter client information in the CRM database. * Identify new business opportunities and partners * Build and qualify sales leads * Conduct market research, build client relationships and identify new business opportunities. * Update and enter client information in the CRM database. * Develope and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies. * Attend social network events (Required) * Assist with drafting sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required. * Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management and clients. * General knowledge about the security products and services is an asset. * Attend and contribute to regular team meetings and provide feedback on marketing initiatives, market conditions, and competitors and trends * Follow up with potential customers to arrange or facilitate a sales-driven call (e.g., Price Quotes, scheduling) Experience * Excellent work ethic, self-motivated and driven. * Experience in security systems is an asset. * Friendly and personable demeanour. * Excellent multi-tasking, decision-making, and time management skills * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Self-directed; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities * Strong time management skills * Excellent organizational skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software. * A valid driver's license is an asset * Persuasive and able to evaluate alternatives Join us as we strive to create memorable shopping experiences for our customers!
