If this sounds like an environment you would be passionate to work in - apply now! * A Day in the Life of a Sales Recruiter: * Design the recruitment strategy in accordance with the hiring needs for sales leadership * Manage a high-volume recruitment funnel for cross functional revenue generating roles * Recruit, screen, and source candidates while facilitating the interviewing process with speed and efficiency * Build a recruitment pipeline via resume searches, LinkedIn, and cold calling candidates * Create reports and provide recommendations on candidate pool * Manage candidate records through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and pull ad-hoc reports when necessary * Manage the employee referral program * Assist in creating recruiting materials and developing job descriptions * Assure compliance with all laws in the recruiting process * Partner with Human Resources on special projects as needed * Foster relationships with top candidates for future job opportunities * Gather feedback from new hires for process improvements and expectation setting * What You Have: * Bachelor's Degree * 5 years of recruiting experience * Proficient in MS Office * Experience with applicant tracking systems such as ADP is a plus * Self-motivated, organized with attention to detail * Excellent prioritization skills and a sense of urgency * High-energy, driven, articulate, and friendly personality * Possess a Hunter mentality with an ability to source talent proactively * The Benefits of Working for Fora Financial: * Attractive company subsidized Medical, Dental and Vision plans with leading insurance providers * 401K Plan with Company Match * Life Insurance at No Cost to Employees * Generous Time Off Plan Including Rollover Vacation Days * Commuter Benefits * Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending * Weekly breakfast, snacks and Friday lunches provided onsite * Hybrid working model * Fora Financial is an Equal Opportunity Employer*
