Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. The Associate Agent will collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets while ensuring compliance with industry regulations, including HIPAA. Duties * Engage with potential clients through various channels, including retail settings and telemarketing efforts. * Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products tailored to their requirements. * Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with company policies. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to effectively communicate with clients. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales or telemarketing is preferred. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Knowledge of insurance sales practices is advantageous. * Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs. * Excellent collaboration skills for working effectively within a team environment. * Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is beneficial but not mandatory. * Experience in outside sales is a plus but not required.
